Never that happy or not, I love the expression. I can't help but giggle every time I look at it. Almost like the owl is just toying with the mouse.

Nah, more like he's a bit simple and thinks he's found a friend... who's sure he's lunch! (~hee~) I love the expression, too! Kind'a like that old cartoon "I have a little friend and I'll hug him and pet him and squeeeeeeeeze him.... Oh, darn!"
